Our website uses cookies, which are necessary to use the login and shopping cart functions, in order to facilitate use and provide a better user experience. In relation to these cookies, the legal basis for data management is the legitimate interest of the data controller. During our advertising campaigns, we also use cookies necessary to measure our ads, if you consent to this.
Our website uses the Google Analytics application and the Facebook measurement pixel application for marketing purposes.
Based on internal cookies, Google Analytics prepares a report for its customers on the habits of website visitors. Based on this information, Google evaluates the use of the website by visitors. In addition, it prepares reports related to website activity for the owner of the website so that it can provide additional services. In order to guarantee data security, the data is stored in a coded format on Google's servers. A visitor can opt-out of Google Analytics as follows: Website users who do not want Google Analytics JavaScript to report their data can install a Google Analytics opt-out browser extension. The plugin prevents Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sending information to Google Analytics. The browser extension can be used in most recent browsers. 2. Data management related to website registration and user account
The purpose of data management with website registration and user account: fulfillment of ordered services, provision of related documents, invoicing, contact, secure access, identification. Legal basis for data management: consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6 /1/ a./).
Registration is voluntary. On the website, the registrant natural person can give his consent to the processing of his personal data by checking the relevant box. Pre-checking the box is prohibited. The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing based on consent prior to withdrawal. Before giving consent, the data subject must be informed of this. It should be possible to withdraw consent in the same way as to give it. If the user enters his username when ordering, our system automatically creates his user account. If the user does not use this option, the user must create the account himself in order to use the service in the future. The user account can be deleted by the affected user at any time, in which case a new registration is required to access and use the service again during the subscription period.
Consequence of failure to provide data: registration on the website is not possible. The creation of a user account is not mandatory, but without an account the customer cannot use the service.
Affected person: the person who registers on the website, typically the user of the service, or, in the case of a legal entity, the contact person.
The scope of data managed: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing and mailing name and address, tax number for taxable individuals, online identifiers (username, password).
The data controller does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling, it does not classify or categorize the data subjects.
Recipients of personal data - who can view the data - and categories of recipients: employees of the data controller, persons under the control of the Company's IT service provider as data processors.
Data transfer to third countries: none. Period of storage of personal data: until registration exists or until the consent of the data subject is revoked (deletion request).
The registration and data of an inactive user must be deleted by December 31 of the 3rd year following the last activation. A user is not active if he does not use his registered user account, does not perform any activities, or does not log in.
3. Data management related to the invoicing of services ordered on the website
The purpose of data management related to the invoicing of the services ordered on the website is to fulfill the tax and accounting obligations prescribed by law (bookkeeping records, taxation).
Legal basis for data management: fulfillment of a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6 /1/ c./).
The consequence of not providing data: the natural person who buys cannot receive a personal invoice, which - except in cases of exemption from the issuance of invoices (§ 165 of the VAT Act) - constitutes an obstacle to the purchase.
The person concerned: the customer is an individual.
The scope of data managed: name, address, tax number in the case of a taxable private individual, tax status (for example, sole trader, primary producer designation) and other data required by law to be included in the invoice, place and time of performance, consideration, amount of VAT, amount to be paid. Governing legislation: CXXVII of 2017 on VAT. TV. §§ 169 and 202, § 167 of Act C of 2000 on accounting. CXVII of 1995 on personal income tax. law.
The data controller does not perform automated decision-making or profiling, and does not classify or categorize the data subjects.
Recipients of personal data - who can view the data - and categories of recipients: the employees of the data controller, the IT service provider, or the designated person under the control of the accounting service provider.
Based on legal requirements, data must be provided to the tax authority on the invoice issued to the taxable individual. (Appendix X of the VAT Act).
Data transfer to a third country: there is none.
Duration of storage of personal data: 8 years.
4. Data management related to the Contact menu of the website
The purpose of data management related to the use of the Contact menu of the website: answering and handling the questions, comments, and complaints raised by the user.
The legal basis for data management: the consent of the data subject (GDPR Article 6 /1/ a./).
The use of the Contact menu is voluntary. address. The data manager does not perform automated decision-making or profiling, does not classify or categorize the affected parties.
Recipients of personal data - who can view the data - and categories of recipients: employees of the data manager and persons under the control of the IT service provider.
Data transfer to third countries: none. Period of storage of personal data: the data must be deleted by December 31 of 3 years after the contact was made.

The Data Controller has taken the technical and organizational measures and developed the procedural rules necessary for the enforcement of the GDPR to ensure the security of personal data for all purposes and rights-based data management. The Data Controller uses appropriate measures to protect the data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, damage, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access.
